    2.b (but, as i have known, Gram stain doesn't give color because of Peptidoglycan layer. Gram stain stains cell on the basis of lipid content on cell wall.)

  3. Q 2 option D is wrong.... because Mycobacterium tuberculosis is acid fast...... and ziehl nelson stain can be used for it......... not Gram Stain....
